Pricing questions
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs into GT with their own access: sales, kitchen, delivery, admin. Your clients ordering online do not count.
What happens when I add a 6th user?
Up to 5 users, each extra seat is $50 per month. At the 6th, your account moves to Professionnel (6 seats included) and its modules activate. Billing is prorated.
Can I remove users?
Yes, anytime from your account space. The change applies at the next billing cycle.
Any setup fees?
Data migration and onboarding training are optional and quoted separately. Support is included.
Can I try GT before committing?
We don’t offer a free trial, but a demo on request, using your own menus and events.
Can I cancel anytime?
Agreements run for a minimum of one year, whether billed yearly or monthly.
Do integrations cost extra?
Standard integrations are included according to your plan. For a custom integration, we estimate the hours on request.
What hardware do I need?
None. GT runs in your browser, and MEV-WEB with Colossale requires no hardware.
Is support extra?
No, support is included in every plan. Onboarding training is optional and quoted separately.
Taxes?
Prices before GST/HST. Billed in Canadian dollars.
